When you’ve decided to set up your business, what did you felt as the
most important reason to do it in terms of your mission? (What do you
want to change in our world?)
I set up my business because I couldn’t stand watching women being reduced to flat, one sided roles anymore. Society still loves to box us in: „just a wife”, „just a mom”, „just the pretty one”, „just the good girl”. Hell no. We are not „just” anything. Women are multi-faceted, layered, cosmic, messy, brilliant, sensual, wild & deeply powerful beings.
My mission is to crack open that conditioning and remind women of the magic that’s been buried underneath generations of people-pleasing and playing small. When we strip off all those layers of „shoulds” and „musts,” what’s revealed is our true soul mission, something so much bigger than ticking boxes or making everyone else comfortable.
I want to change the way women are perceived in this world. I want us to be seen and celebrated as creators, leaders, healers, rebels, lovers & visionaries. I want women to feel the freedom to take up space, to use their voices without apology, to express every wild part of themselves and for society to finally wake up to that brilliance instead of fearing it.
Because when women remember who the f*ck they really are, the whole world shifts. That’s the fire behind everything I do.
If your clients could come here and share their struggles, that your
work is an answer to – what would you name?
If my clients were sitting here, they’d probably spill the secret struggles that most women carry in silence. The weight of being everything for everyone. The shame of wanting more than the roles society handed them. The exhaustion from people-pleasing, co-dependency & constantly dimming their fire just to be „acceptable”. And let’s be real, society gaslights women into thinking these struggles are personal flaws, when actually they’re systemic cages built to keep us small.
But the truth is, the world is shifting and women are feeling that call to break free. They come to me when they’re tired of living in separation: from their bodies, their voices, their pleasure, their magic. My work isn’t about „fixing” them, because they were never broken, it’s about remembering who they are underneath all the BS. Together we peel away the masks, the guilt, the „good girl” scripts, so they can rise in their unapologetic, multi-dimensional power.
And I say this not just as a guide, but as a woman raised in a post-Soviet country, where women were often perceived through the lens of survival, sacrifice and service. We were expected to be strong yet silent, hardworking yet invisible, valuable only if we were useful or obedient. That conditioning runs deep and I refuse to carry those chains into the next generation. My mission is to flip that story: to remind women that they are not tools of survival, but forces of creation and vision.
This work isn’t just personal, it’s collective. Every time a woman reclaims her voice, her sensuality, her wildness, she cracks the system open a little wider. And that ripple effect? That’s the revolution.
Do you think that cultural and ancestral work are important in
today’s modern world? That people need reconnection with their roots,
legacy of their ancestors?
Oh, it’s a massive YES for me. Cultural and ancestral work is essential in today’s world. We cannot fully know who we are or who we are becoming, without understanding where we come from. When we dive into our ancestry, we start to see the patterns, the wounds & the unspoken agreements that live in our family lines. That’s why womb healing is so powerful: we carry emotional and generational trauma in our bodies, especially in the womb space & when we heal it, we’re not just healing ourselves, we’re healing backward and forward in time.
And right now, in this era of awakening, I feel we’re rewriting history in real time. Or should I say HERstory (I head this phrase somewhere a while back and I love it !!!) and fck yes to that. For so long, women’s voices and stories were erased, silenced, or distorted and now we get to reclaim them. By reconnecting with our roots, we also reclaim the pieces of ourselves that were lost or hidden.
Ancestral work isn’t about staying stuck in the past, it’s about honouring it, healing it & then creating something new. We get to choose which patterns we carry forward and which ones end with us. That’s legacy work. That’s power. And it’s how we build a future where our daughters don’t have to unlearn what we had to fight through.
In entrepreneurial world we often speak about expansion – how would
you define a positive „expansion” in the context of your work? How
expansion can look like for people, for entrepreneurs, dreamers and
achievers in a healthy way? How could that change our world?
As cheesy as it might sound, expansion for me isn’t just about numbers or followers, it’s when I get those messages from women saying „Omg, I did the hard thing” or „Seeing you go for it gave me permission to finally take my own leap”. That’s expansion. When women take big, brave steps. When one woman’s courage sparks another’s. When we see women uplifting and inspiring each other instead of competing. When kindness, empowerment and raw honesty start to spread like wildfire.
For me, healthy expansion is about depth, not just width. It’s about the ripple effect of bravery, creativity & connection. I truly believe people like me and you, didn’t start these businesses just to make millions. The mission was always to help people, to ignite change, to create something meaningful. The money? That comes as a natural second.
If more entrepreneurs defined expansion this way, our world would look completely different. Success wouldn’t be measured only by profit, but by how much collective courage and freedom we’ve sparked in others. And that? That’s the kind of expansion that actually changes the world. Because at the end of the day, real expansion is soul expansion and no number in your bank account can touch that.
